Payment for Services

Full payment for cleaning services are due within 7 days of the job. A late fee will be applied to payments not received after 7 days.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours before will be charged for the scheduled clean.

Safety

We will not work in unsafe conditions including but not limited to excessive mold, feces, dangerous waste, or an unsafe house. We reserve the right to leave a job if we feel safety is compromised.

Respect

We have a zero tolerance policy for rude, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour. Any such behaviour will result in cleaner(s) vacating the house and terminating further business.

Confidentiality

We acknowledge that entering your home, and safe space, can be a vulnerable experience. For this reason, we respect and support your privacy and do not share any of your personal information.
